2026 Champaign Neighborhood Network Conference (CNNC)

The Neighborhood Services Department for the City of Champaign is excited to host the 2026 Champaign Neighborhood Network Conference (CNNC)!

CNNC is a dynamic one-day conference featuring presentations from City staff, local governing bodies/institutions, and community partner agencies covering topics relevant to maintaining vibrant and engaged neighborhoods. CNNC is geared towards Champaign's registered neighborhood group leaders, their respective neighbors, and community members interested in neighborhood organizing and engagement efforts.

The conference will include a welcome breakfast, morning workshop sessions, a networking lunch, an afternoon all-call general session, and a post-conference networking reception.

CNNC promises a content rich day of diverse learning opportunities in areas such as City programs, engagement initiatives, and community resources available to support building stronger neighborhood connections!

Info: Attendees to choose from one of the following workshops: Communication and Engagement Techniques, Access to Healthcare, Gun Violence Blueprint Outcomes, or Downtown Plaza Programming

Info: Attendees to choose from one of the following workshops: Council Goal Setting Process, Addressing Food Insecurity, Immigration Support Services, or Environmental Sustainability Efforts

Info: During this all-call sessions attendees will hear information on the following City initiatives: Mental Health Emergency Response Division (Equity and Engagement Department), Housing Needs Analysis (Neigborhood Services Department), Homeless Blueprint (City Manager's Office)
