Join us April 11, 2026 at Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center, next to Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino. This event will feature 20 trucks "competing" for Judge's Choice and People's Choice Trophies. The 2026 Biz Expo will be running in conjunction with the Food Truck Battle. Competition portion of the event will end at 3:00PM.
Space is limited. Non-refundable registration fee is $200. Offering Early Bird rate of $125 until January 31st with code EARLY! There is no inspection fee or additional fees for rights of entry paperwork/permitting. To compete in the People's Choice category, organizers will be tallying votes and sales numbers, sales numbers will not be made public. Optional to compete in People's Choice category. This is the biggest food truck event in the area with incredible success for those that bring their best!
