The CAF/NWIBRT Awards Banquet—presented through a partnership between the Construction Advancement Foundation (CAF) and the Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable (NWIBRT)—celebrates companies that set the standard for safety excellence and construction excellence across the construction industry.
This event recognizes organizations that go above and beyond to protect their teams, innovate their operations, and lead with integrity. It’s an opportunity for companies to demonstrate to clients, partners, and the community that safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a core value.

At the CAF/NWIBRT Awards Banquet, attendees share one defining trait: excellence. Awards honor outstanding achievement in safety standards, innovation, workforce development, specialized project categories, and Contractor and Company of the Year distinctions—among many others.
Each year, more than 600 construction professionals come together to recognize superior performance across the industry.

* CAF Awards: Based on performance from January 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026
