Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A 100% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received prior to May 23, 2026. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between May 23 - May 30, 2026. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after May 30, 2026, however, conference tickets can be transferred to another individual if the original attendee is no longer able to come. For ticket changes, contact [email protected].

Any cancellation request received after May 30, 2026 due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed by the respective committee chairs who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action.

If the event is canceled by Bushel, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
