Nick Burton is a serial entrepreneur in real estate and finance with a degree in finance, real estate, and land use from California State University, Sacramento. He has managed over 1 million square feet of fiscally challenged commercial properties, overseen multimillion-dollar construction projects, and created an equity fund for energy investments using tax-advantaged strategies in the nonprofit sector. At NorCal SBDC, Nick has helped Northern California small businesses secure over $100 million in funding, including private equity, grants, and bank loans.
