On March 7, 2026 from 4-8 PM, Love Your Buns will host the 2026 Battle of the Buns - a baking competition, a battle of the bands, and CRC educational event!Admission is $5, which includes 5 tastings and 5 tickets to vote on your favorites. $1 for each additional tasting and vote.
This event is fun, educational, and family-friendly and will feature:
? The Battle of the Buns - a baking competition featuring area professionals and baking enthusiasts providing sweet and savory baked items
? The Battle of the Bands - a friendly competition featuring local youth rock bands
? Educational talks from our featured speakers:
- Dr. John Bassett
- Dr. April Hess
? Win Prizes - 50/50, Raffles, Prize Drawings
? Kids Crafts
? Special guest judges:

$5 door charge - provides 5 sampler tickets and 5 voting tickets for the baking competition. Additional tickets can be purchased at admission or as needed during the event.

This event will feature some of the Fargo-Moorhead area’s best professional and amateur chefs, bakers or cooks as we come together raising awareness of young onset colorectal cancer. Join us in the celebration!

Battle of the Buns is an educational event hosted by Love Your Buns, a 501c(3) organization. We are educating and raising awareness about young onset colorectal cancer. Your support will help us fund our initiatives: oncologic physical therapy, walk & talk support groups, patient & caregiver education, and increasing awareness around rectal cancer.
