Training Camp Description
Get ready for a high-level training experience designed to sharpen your competitive edge.
This camp features 3 structured workouts per day in a competitive environment that closely mimics competition day.
What to Expect:
- Athletes will test all workouts that will be released to date
- Each workout will be performed under real competition conditions with a dedicated judge
- Coaches will provide personalized feedback and help fine-tune your strategy for every event
- Detailed review of movement efficiency tips and technique improvements for all movements in the workouts
- A highly competitive training atmosphere that pushes your limits
Daily Schedule
Camp runs from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (approximately) each day.
Food will be provided daily by Ideal Nutrition for all camp attendees.
This camp is perfect even if you’re coming without your full team — individuals and partial teams are welcome and will fully participate in all sessions.
One thing is certain: Athletes who attend this camp consistently see major improvements and position themselves for strong podium finishes in upcoming competitions.
