Application
Step 1. The group leader scans the QR code on the event poster or downloads the registration form from the official website.
Step 2. After completing the form, please email it together with your group photo to [email protected].
Step 3. Once the organizer receives your registration form, an email will be sent to inform you of the payment amount.
Step 4. The group leader collects all fees from the members and submits the total payment to the organizer. Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of payment, and will close once full.
Step 5. Send the payment proof to [email protected].
Step 6. Wait for the confirmation email from our staff. (The confirmation email will include the assigned piece, sent to the email address provided in your registration form.)

Masterclass
Host: Lin Huan Chi, Ni Ben Chu
Info: The competition will take place at 9:00AM~12:00PM on May 2. The masterclasses are taught by experienced ensemble instructors who actively lead and perform with their own groups. Pre-competition masterclasses are open to group registration only, with a maximum of 9 groups, each limited to 25 participants. Each session includes 50 minutes of instruction and a 10-minute break, with schedules arranged by the organizer.

Competition
Info: The competition will take place at 1:30PM~7:00PM on May 2. It is a ensemble competition for only group registration. This competition embraces the spirit of “Exchange, Innovation, and Resonance,” encouraging musicians from across the globe to ignite creativity through the intimate dialogue of ensembles and the majestic power of orchestral performance. We hope that through this event, musicians will discover the boundless possibilities of guitar ensemble through collaboration.

Info: More event details will be released in February. Please stay tuned for updates on Eventbrite. The concert will take place on May 3, featuring a diverse program that spans multiple styles, including Japanese anime music, classical repertoire, and works by renowned Japanese composer Hatanaka Yudai, as well as his original compositions.
