Embark on an immersive, one-month journey into Ashtanga Yoga with daily Mysore-style practice and in-depth modules led by Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, and the expert Miami Life Center faculty.
This comprehensive program nurtures your personal practice, covering foundational postures of the Primary Series, Sanskrit Vinyasa counting, breathing techniques, applied anatomy, and yoga philosophy as outlined in Patanjali.
