Starting and ending in the Grand Haven High School Football Stadium, the Armed Services Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K (NEW) & 5K offers one of the more scenic courses you’ll enjoy in Michigan. The course consists of 97% paths with only 3% on quiet roads with little traffic, making for an enjoyable run.The Armed Services Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K honors all branches of our military and our first responders.
Each branch will have a booth and/or exhibit in the stadium. We will have a Joint Services Honor Guard presentation prior to the singing of The National Anthem. Each military branch will staff an aid station for your support.
It is a qualifying course for the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon & Abbott Marathon Majors Series.
