Join us for a day designed to inspire, connect, and uplift North Carolina’s community of minority lawyers and judges. The Minority Outreach Conference has long served as a trusted gathering place - a safe, supportive space where Black legal professionals can share their experiences, strengthen their well-being, and build meaningful connections. Rooted in the Lawyer Assistance Program’s mission to destigmatize mental health support within the Black legal community, the conference continues to honor that legacy while embracing a forward-looking vision for leadership and excellence.

This year’s theme, “Evolving Excellence: Navigating Transitions in Law and Leadership,” reflects the dynamic realities of our profession and the resilience of those who lead it. Throughout the day, you’ll hear from engaging speakers who will challenge, motivate, and energize you. You’ll enjoy a buffet-style luncheon, a sponsored networking reception, and the chance to earn 5.5 hours of CLE credit.

But above all, the Minority Outreach Conference is about community. It brings together a robust and vibrant network of minority lawyers and judges from across the state—professionals who understand the unique challenges, strengths, and stories that shape our journeys.

Registration Deadline - Friday, February 6, 2026, 5:00pm.

Cancellation Policy - The deadline to cancel registration and request a refund (less Eventbrite fees) is no later than 5:00pm on Friday, February 6, 2026. Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].
