The purpose of the Annual General Meeting shall be for the election of board members and revisions to the Association's Bylaws and Rules & Regulations.Each team is encouraged to send one representative to vote. No person shall have more than one vote and no proxies will be allowed. All votes must be cast in person.
The following board member positions will be filled by election:
• President
• Director of Finance
• Director of Officiating
• 9U-19U "Hogan" Commissioner
• 10U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 9U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 8U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 7U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 6U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 5U Girls' Vice Commissioner
• 4U Girls' Vice Commissioner
