Annual Fair Briefing MeetingEveryone is Invited - Club Leaders, Parents, and Exhibitors
March 19th, 6PM-8PM
Coliseum - North Hall
(Please park in the north lot by the box office and enter through the lower doors down the stairs)

This meeting is also the time club leaders may pick up their club's credentials. Only the club leader that is registered with the fair and/or the 4-H office will be able to pick up these packets (ID required). If not picked up by the club leader, club leaders/exhibitors must pick them up on receiving day.
We will also have passes available for sale if you missed the cutoff to pick them up at the meeting. Please remember that each animal exhibitor receives one Run of Fair Admission and one Run of Fair parking pass. Any additional passes needed for your family or friends will need to be purchased.
