We know everyone’s gearing up for the big America 250 celebrations this year but did you know there’s one right here in your own community July 18th? That's right, at Pollywog Station Lavender Farm, right here in the heart of Parker we will be rolling up our sleeves and bringing the past to life, churning butter, dipping candles, making soap and bricks the old-fashioned way, learning a bit of Morse code, and even kicking up some dust with community square dancing. There’ll be simple crafts like liberty ribbons, hands-on history for the kids, and a chance to share what freedom means to you today. Come see one of the oldest homesteads in Parker, the William H. Reynolds 1884 homestead! You can even write your own message to future generations to read that will be placed in a 2076 Time Capsule! It’s a once-in-250-years kind of celebration, and we’d love to spend it with our neighbors. Parking is limited so be sure to register today. This is a free community event! https://www.pollywogstationlavenderfarm.com/events
