This year marks the First Annual Alaska’s Black History Makers Ball, a formal Black-Tie event hosted on February 28th at the Anchorage Museum, presented by Mt. McKinley Lodge No. 2 PHA in partnership with the Anchorage Museum. Attendance is estimated to be up to 500 and each attendee gets a copy of the Commemorative Program Book. Placing an ad in the Book helps ensure these pioneers receive the recognition they deserve, while also supporting the long-term preservation of their stories for future generations.
