REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!!Get your skis and snowboards tuned up for the 40TH ANNUAL SCHUSSBOOMER DOWNHILL!
The Schuss Boomer Downhill attracts racers from around the province who grew up in alpine racing programs, national team racers along side recreational racing enthusiasts.
Pre-Party and Registration Friday @Smithers Brewing Co: 6pm. Pick up your t-shirts, burger/beer tickets and join in the trash talking over a Friday night beer.
Day One (Friday): Speed Camp 10am-3pm. All racers are welcome to attend a training day on Twinkle Toes, practicing the course and learning technique from our coaches.
Day Two (Saturday): Downhill Race Day. 9:30am. Two race runs each. First run times are revealed. Teams guess their times for Run 2. Awards and Post-Party to follow
Day Three (Sunday): Slalom Combined. 12pm. Optional Slalom course on Turkey shoot for those looking to achieve the Slalom Combined victory! Awards to follow.
