Welcome to the 2026 2nd Annual J4 Pickleball Tournament!This year, we’re leveling up with a bigger venue featuring 15 courts. That means more games, less waiting, and nonstop competition all day long.
Format
Pool play for seeding into a single-elimination bracket. All teams advance to bracket play.
• Minimum 5 games (with full 12-team pools)
• Otherwise, minimum 4 pool games
• Pool play + bracket occur same day (except 17U Squad)
Match Format
• Pool Play: First to 11
• Bracket: Best 2/3 to 11, win by 2 (cap at 13)
• Podium Matches: Best 2/3 to 11, win by 2
17U Squad Format
Each matchup includes:
• 2 doubles matches (to 11)
• 1 rotating singles match
In singles, players rotate every 2 points (regardless of scoring) until one team reaches 11.
Wins are determined by team with most total points scored across all 3 games.
Schedule of events
• Saturday, June 27: Gender Doubles & 17U Squad
• Sunday, June 28: Mixed Doubles, Singles & 17U Squad (if needed)

Standard Divisions
• $25/player (before May 10)
• $35/player (after May 10) Additional event: +$20
• $40/player (after June 12) Additional event: +$30
17U Squad Division
• $20/player (before May 10)
• $25/player (after May 10)
• $35/player (after June 12)
Open Division ($$ Cash Prize)
• $40/player (before May 10)
• $50/player (after May 10)
• $55/player (after June 12)
All divisions include a non-refundable service fee.
Division Rules (DUPR)
• Team rating = 60% higher-rated player + 40% lower-rated player
• Example: (4.1*60%) + (3.6*40) = 3.9, must register for 3.5 to 3.99
• Teams must fit within division limits
• We may move teams to the correct division if needed
Unrated players may participate at the director’s discretion, but a DUPR account is required.
Additional Info
• Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
• Tournament ball: Franklin X-40
• Start times released 1 week prior (events may run 8am–7pm)
• Tournament director may adjust format if needed to stay on schedule
• All Matches will be recored on DUPR
