About this Event
This project is open to youth ages 5 - 18 as of September 1, 2026.
When enrolling, please choose the total number of tickets to equal the number of children participating in the project. In order to protect our youth's privacy, we are only asking for parental information on the enrollment form. The cost of this project includes 6 chicks per child.
There will be a MANDATORY class on Preventing/Treating Parasites that all participants must attend.
Additional classes will be offered to help prepare our youth for showmanship, skill-a-thon, record books, and the auction. While not mandatory, they are highly encouraged, and youth attending classes will receive points toward Champion Exhibitor. Classes are open to Market Poultry and Purebred Poultry participants.
The last day to register is August 17 (or until all tickets are sold)!
