The Beach Street Big Band - an affiliated ensemble of the Maine Pops Concert Band - will perform their Spring concert at the First Parish Congregational Church in Saco, ME on Thursday, May 14, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. The Beach Street Big Band was formed in 2024 - one of 10 Maine Pops Concert Band small ensembles that perform in the Greater Portland area. Under the direction of Tom Lizotte, the 19-member big band has performed at local retirement communities, conducts seasonal concerts, and participates at local festivals such as the Yarmouth Clam Festival.
