Join your fellow WRCC members for our annual Fall Gathering at Ross Hills on October 18, 2025. (8815 W 50 S, West Lafayette, IN 47906) If the weather is foul, we will reschedule for Sunday, the 19th. We will endeavor to announce any date change by Thursday, the 16th.
We will ride first and then enjoy a shared meal at the Sullivan park shelter. Rides will leave at 2:00pm with an estimated return of 4:00pm.
Please arrive around 1:30pm to ensure you have time to sign a waiver, drop off your food, and scope out the other goodies folks brought. The club will provide a main entrée (vegan option available upon request), paper goods, and some beverages. Please bring a side or dessert to share with others, pitch-in style.

We are currently looking for ride leaders and sweeps for road and gravel categories. Please fill out the form below or contact Britt Huff if you are interested in leading or sweeping a ride.
Any club member who is not interested in riding is more than welcome to join for lunch afterwards. Please register below by midnight Wednesday, October 15th, whether you plan to ride or not, so we can get a headcount for the entrees.
