2025 Women's Legislative Briefing

The Montgomery County Commission for Women and our many co-sponsoring organizations invite you to the 2025 Women's Legislative Briefing. The purpose of the Briefing is to inform the residents of our state about legislative proposals before local, state, and national legislative bodies that address issues of specific concern to women.

This year's theme is: EMPOW(HER): Breaking Barriers to Success

FREE Childcare will be available for children ages 2-10. Space is limited. After purchasing a WLB ticket, a link to secure a spot will be sent. Please email [email protected] for additional information.

Again this year: Special seminars will be offered for students in grades 6 - 12 through our Emerging Leaders track.

Early Bird Registration: $45.00 (through January 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm)

Regular Registration: $55.00 (January 22, 2025 at 5:01 pm through the event day)

Student Price: $10.00

The Montgomery County Commission for Women has established a tuition scholarship to support a high achieving student at Montgomery College who is pursuing a major in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM). Please consider supporting this worthy cause when registering for the WLB.
