Your vote and voice matter to us. We hope that you can attend in person to cast your vote. We have six wonderful candidates that are running to fill five positions.

Who is the Governing Board: The Governing Board shall consist of six Officers: President, President-Elect, Treasurer and First Vice President; Events Director and Membership Director. These six positions are voting members of the Governing Board.
Who can vote: At the Annual Election Meeting, only active Realtor® members and National Affiliates whose dues have been paid in full within the last 30 days before the election date. Per the Bylaws we need 20% of the active Realtor® members and National Affiliates to vote to constitute quorum.
As of 9.25.24 We have 60 Realtor® members and 3 National Affiliates.
Counting the Ballots: We have an Election Committee/Candidate Review Team who will be hand counting the ballots during the meeting. The committee is formed with past presidents and our 2024/2025 State Liaison.
