NOLA born and trained Chef Bonnie, (Chef/Owner of Gris Gris Kitchen), will walk you through the process.
Gumbo YaYa (Chicken & Andouille Sausage) and VEGAN Gumbo Z’Herbes will be cooked and served during this class!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this part demo, part hands-on class will give you the confidence to replicate the steps and treat your friends to “real deal” gumbo. Enjoy“stranger-than-fiction”tales of the Crescent City too!
