About this Event
The Wisconsin State Youth Conference exists to challenge teenagers and equip youth leaders by relevant Biblical preaching & fellowship with like-minded Believers in Jesus Christ.
Our theme this year is ROOTED and comes out of Colossians 2:6-7.
" As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving."
As believers, we ought to be like a tree planted deeply in fertile soil. Believers are to anchor themselves in Christ for spiritual nourishment and stability. Then we are to be built up, implying a process of continual growth and strengthening in faith. Through this constant process of sanctification, Christians are being shaped into the image of Christ through Bible study, prayer, and the body of Christ.
