The course is held every Wednesday for 8 consecutive weeks. Class is held in person from 5:30-7:00 pm.

Cost: $70.00 for the entire 8-week series

- Wednesday, February 26, Managing Conflict/Effective Communication Skills
- Wednesday, March 5, When to Take a Break/Cognitive Distortions
- Wednesday, March 12, Change your Life by Changing your Thinking/Logging
- Wednesday, March 26, How Emotional Intelligence Impacts Anger/Assessments/Certificates
- Wednesday, April 2, Make-up Day
After completion of 8, hour and a half classes, a Certificate of Achievement is awarded.
