WELCOME to yet another fun evening of Wine, Food, Entertainment, and Camaraderie! This is a great opportunity to get out and have some fun with The Youngstown Ski Club and their supporters! We appreciate both the interest and support of our membership, guests, and the community. Though NOT required, participants are encouraged to wear any variety of "ELFEN" related attire befitting of this ENCHANTING theme. Your choice can be simple, creative, naughty, or nice! Remember, since this time of year is festive, colorful holiday ensembles will blend in better! For those opting out of the themed attire, Semi-Formal to Formal attire is otherwise recommended. No Tennis shoes.

IMPORTANT: YSC Members put in months of passionate effort to plan, organize, work a table, set-up, and tear-down for this event. Guest participation and attendance is our reward. We hope that our 80-100 guests enjoy the fruits of our labor. Food needs to be ordered in advance and tables set by participation numbers 2 WEEKS PRIOR! Add-ons can be accepted but limited. Reservation and check must be mailed by NOVEMBER 22, 2025 to ensure return delivery of tickets. Tickets will be held at the door for any reservations received after NOVEMBER 28th.
There's NO TIME to wait! We need a preliminary accounting of guests by THURSDAY, November 20, 2025. Send in your Advanced Ticket Order Form with payment ASAP! Contact host(s) if sending by deadline. We want to see a celebration of ELVES and host a magical party!
NOTE: Venue does NOT have or sell tickets. Participants must fill out a request form or contact event coordinator to request tickets. Since this is a fundraiser event, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless event is cancelled by host or venue.
