OPEN TO WOMEN OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS (no CrossFit experience required!), and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (you don’t have to be a member of the gym!), this will be a really fun night with awesome people!
We'll do a little women's only CrossFit workout (a "WOD") with a great group of awesome women, followed by a little yoga led by our friends at Azitala Yoga, some free wine, snacks, prizes, and amazing vendors!
