Activities for the entire family: Two 5K events (competitive division and a fun family division), Kids Fun Run (400 M), and a Diaper Dash (50 M).Proceeds benefit the Storm Boosters in support of the school’s Cross Country and Track & Field Teams.
The USATF certified 5K course will start and end on the WSHS track and include a loop that will take you around campus, down the Park-Depot Greenway Trail, and into the South Lakes neighborhood before your return. To reduce crowding on the course, we are offering two different start times. The first out the gate is our competitive division for folks who like to run fast with minimal interference (cut off time is 30 minutes). The second division will follow for participants of all ages and abilities who want to enjoy, no matter the pace, no matter the crowd (strollers permitted).
The Kids Fun Run and Diaper Dash will all occur on the school track.
