Open winners decided by the lifters total multiplied by their body weight co-efficiency (Glossbrenner).
Masters and Teen winners decided by the lifters total multiplied by their age formula (McCulloch) & body weight co-efficiency (Glossbrenner).

Team Winners
Each Team will consist of 3 people and must have at least one Masters, Women or Teen lifter.
Each person nominates 1 lift (Squat, Bench or Deadlift) which will contribute to the team score after being multiplied by the Glossbrenner & McCulloch scoring systems.
More details will be explained as we get closer to the event.

As a sanctioned event lifters dress must be in accordance with the rules:
Soft Suit must be worn
T-shirt must be worn for Bench.
Long socks covering the shins for Deadlift is mandatory.
No compression clothing is allowed.
No bar grip shirts allowed.
