The Artivist Awards is TCArts’ signature celebration of local changemakers. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening of food, music, an online auction, and an awards ceremony honoring this year’s powerful trio of artivists. These bold visionaries work daily to make New Orleans a more vibrant, equitable, and culturally competent place—now and for generations to come. Funds raised from the Artivist Awards support the completion of Trinity City, our Afro-Futurist, coming-of-age graphic story set in a reimagined “New New Orleans,” circa 2078.
Trinity City Arts (TCArts) is a collective of multi-hyphenate artivists and culture bearers committed to shaping New Orleans’ next generation of changemakers. Through powerful partnerships with community allies, we support youth ages 13–21 in developing their creative voice, leadership skills, and cultural legacy. Our mission? To grow a movement—1,000 youth artivists strong—by 2029.
