Shane Barber has over 30 years of manufacturing experience facilitating manufacturing business transformations for more than 200 companies. He carries a record of improving performance by 20+% on metrics of safety, quality, cost, output, and morale, in addition to helping companies achieve 2x growth in revenues.

Shane is an innovation giant. Before starting VEREO, he founded Carbon Dwell Homes—a family-run business dedicated to creating custom, alternative dwellings by “upcycling” shipping containers.

Shane has a degree in production operations management along with training in organizational development and design from Columbia University. Shane has held roles in HR, org development, executive coaching, and performance consulting.v
