About this Event
Once you’ve purchased your class ring, take part in a time-honored South Carolina tradition by attending the Official Ring Ceremony. Each student will be presented with their ring on the grounds of the Historic Horseshoe.
Due to production timelines, your ring must have been purchased and paid in full no later than Friday, January 31 at 4 p.m. (before or during Ring Week) to be eligible to participate in the Ring Ceremony.
Students MUST register in order to reserve seats for you and your guests. The last day to register for the Ring Ceremony is Wednesday, March 5. After that date, please contact the Alumni Association to see if we can accommodate you.
Important Details
- Seating is reserved for students and limited for guests; please limit to four guests per student. NOTE: Guests are included in the student RSVP process. They should NOT register and do NOT need individual tickets.
- Check-in begins at 9:45 p.m. Students must be checked in by 10:45 a.m.
- Attire for Ring Ceremony is business casual.
- Restrooms will be available at Harper College and Legare College.
- Parking is available at the Bull Street Garage, Pendleton Street Garage and at metered spots on the street.
A rain location will be announced closer to the event. In case of inclement weather, the decision to move locations will be announced by Friday, March 21. If we use an indoor location, guests may be limited further.
