Help the City of Hastings get into the Fall spirit by decorating the Pioneer Spirit Trail through Libs Park with scarecrows!Parks and Recreation will provide the scarecrow frame, lighting and upright stand.
Registration fee: $50 for one scarecrow or $75 for two.
Scarecrows are due by Wednesday, October 8th--registration deadline to participate is Friday, September 26th.
