Hastings Parks and Recreation will deliver coloring contest materials to participating schools and daycares. There will be three winners in each age group!This is for ages 4-12 in the Hastings area only.
This event is free and for fun!
Event starts October 17th, and all materials must be submitted by November 21st.
Winners are announced December 2nd.
