About this Event

The annual UC Davis Research Expo is a one-day event that showcases the latest research-related insight, resources, opportunities and tools to help you advance your research. The event includes exhibits, presentations, workshops and opportunities to network with potential collaborators. We welcome you to enjoy the full event or attend portions that are of particular interest.

If you are involved in research, you will not want to miss this event!

Who should attend: Faculty, post-docs, staff, research administrators, students and industry partners involved in research.

The closest visitor parking lots to the UC Davis Conference Center are the South Entry Parking Structure and the Visitor Parking Lots 1 and 2.

UC Davis visitor permits have gone mobile. The free AggiePark app makes it easy to pay for parking at UC Davis right from the palm of your hand. Once you set up your account, simply select your parking zone, vehicle, pay for the day or hour, and go. It's smart, contactless payment in the palm of your hand! Please visit the following website to learn more about visitor parking rates and how to pay for parking with AggiePark.
In addition to the AggiePark app, visitors have the option to purchase parking through solar-powered COSMO permit dispensers. To purchase and print a permit using one of these machines, you will need to provide your license plate number.
UC Davis visitor permits are not valid in restricted spaces, loading zones, red zones, center core, and reserved areas.



Bike Parking

Bike parking is available around Vanderhoef Quad, located directly across the street from the UC Davis Conference Center. Bicycles are not permitted in the building and should be parked in designated bike parking areas.

Accessibility

Parking for patrons with DMV placards is available on the street level (mid-level) of the nearby parking structure and on the surface lots near the covered walkway. There is also a short-term drop-off area directly in front of the entrance.




The Causeway Connection (Route 138) is a zero-emission bus service free to UC Davis staff and students (through May 3, 2025). Managed by SacRT, this hourly service runs between Davis and Sacramento, Monday through Friday, and offers trips between the Silo Terminal at UC Davis and the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.
