Description

Stay fit with aquaFitness, a low-impact water exercise which helps to increase flexibility through water resistance and improve coordination. Enjoy simple and effective pool exercises which help improve muscle strength and mobility.

IMPORTANT

• 1 caregiver is required to be in the water with the member throughout the activity.

• Due to limited slots per CORE activity, if a member is absent 3 consecutive times without a valid reason, his/her slot will be given to members on the waiting list.
