The following classes are free and will be held in the garden that hugs our shop. Please bring layers. Seating will be first come, first served. Service animals only please. Bring your own mug if you like. :) We have fun, informative classes in store for you including sampling different teas and herbal formulas.

When we learn the language of our nervous system, we tap into this empowering source of knowing--inviting another level of health, healing and balance into our lives. In this class, we will explore a holistic approach to supporting the nervous system through herbs, supplementation, vagal tone stretches, and lifestyle suggestions. My goal is to help you understand how to read the cues of your nervous system so you can feel more relaxed, grounded, and empowered.

“Herbal Poultices & Compresses for the Home Herbalist - A Demo.”
Herbal poultices are fun, effective, and slightly messy…a tried & true herbal preparation to aid the healing of sprains, strains, stings, and more. In this class, we are going to demo some of our favorite poultices and compresses using fresh and dried herbs.
