NC Property Management Conference Ticket Policy
1. Registration and Ticket Purchase
1.1. All attendees must register for the NC Property Management Conference through our official website or designated registration platform. (Eventbrite.com)
1.2. Tickets can be purchased online through secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
1.3. Ticket prices and categories will be clearly stated on the conference website and Eventbrite
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within the following guidelines:
● Full Refund: Refund requests made 30 or more days before the conference start date will receive a full refund and must be requested by January 15, 2025.
● Partial Refund: Refund requests made between 15 to 29 days before the conference start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and must be requested by January 15, 2025.
● No Refund: Refund requests made within 14 days of the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Refunds will be processed within 5 (five) business days from the date of the refund request.
3. Ticket Transfers
3.1. Attendees may transfer their conference tickets to another individual by notifying the conference organizers in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the event.
3.2. Transfers requested less than 7 days before the event may incur an administrative fee.
4. Event Cancellation
4.1. In the unlikely event that the NC Property Management Conference is canceled, due to venue cancellation, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price as per Eventbrite’s Cancellation Policy.
5. Substitution of Speakers and Content
5.1. The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference agenda, speakers, or content without prior notice. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
