New for 2025!Monthly challenges to help stay on track for your health journey. Join one, some, or all. This will largely be a personal challenge, but someone out of each month's participants will win a locally based prize (item or gift certificate).

Make sure to sign up for each month by the 7th of the month! The date and time on fitdegree is just for signing up purposes as the details for each challenge will be sent to you and completed over the course of the month and conclude on the last day of each month!
January: Show up For Yourself Challenge (Exercise/Yoga Check Ins)
February: Squat Challenge (In-class or video proof)
March: Strength Challenge (Personal best for three exercises of choice)
April: Mindfulness Activity Challenge
May: Cross Training Variety Challenge (How many different classes)
June: Nutrition Challenge (Fresh/Whole Food)
July: Hydration Challenge (Self Reported)
August: Push Up (or Other Strength) Challenge (Personal Best)
September: Flexibility Challenge
October: Steps Challenge
November: Plank Challenge
December: Show Up For Yourself (Exercise/Yoga Check Ins)
