Course One – Choice of one, paired with Moravia Sauvignon Blanc
🦐 Prawn & Crab Cocktail – Three jumbo prawns, lump crab, celery & avocado with house-made horseradish cocktail sauce
🦪 Oysters on the Half Shell – Two oysters with mignonette sauce, horseradish, and lemon
Course Two – Paired with Moravia Chardonnay
🎃 Butternut Squash Soup – Roasted butternut squash, green apples, cream & seasonings served in a maple syrup roasted baby pumpkin
