2025 Friends of the Waisman Center Golf Benefit

Each summer, the Friends of the Waisman Center hosts an annual golf benefit.
This vital fundraiser supports a wide range of projects and activities that benefit individuals and families living with developmental disabilities, such as autism and Down syndrome, and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Spend the day with the Friends FORE a good cause!
Join us on Monday, August 4, at Maple Bluff Country Club for a fantastic day of golf to benefit the Waisman Center. Lunch will be available at 11:00 a.m., followed by a noon shotgun start. The afternoon will conclude with dinner and brief awards, wrapping up the evening by 6:00 p.m.

Everyone knows someone touched by an intellectual and developmental disability or a neurodegenerative disease. Enjoy an afternoon doing something you love while benefiting this special community.

The proceeds from this signature event help fund a broad range of Waisman clinical services, training, outreach, and research programs. There are many sponsorship opportunities, both on and off the course, detailed on the enclosed registration form.

Help us fill the tee sheet to maximize the benefit to individuals with disabilities and their families. Spread the word so we can enhance the work of the Waisman Center in our community.

Schedule for the Day:

• 10:30-11:15 a.m. Arrive and register; purchase raffle tickets and mulligan; pick up tees, and receive a drink ticket for a complimentary beverage on the course or at the bar

• 11:00 a.m. Box lunches are served

• 11:45 a.m. All golfers depart clubhouse

• 12:00 p.m. Everyone will tee off in a shotgun start

• 4:30–5:00 p.m. Golfers finish their rounds; meet at clubhouse for buffet and reception
