FAQS
What time should we arrive for the show? Guests are encouraged to arrive by 2:30PM to ensure seating in time for the show. The cash bar opens at 2:30PM with cocktail and other beverages.
What is the attire for the event?
Friday Night Club Night: Diamonds and Denim is encouraged but not required.
Saturday Show: Dressy: Fred Astaire and Ginger attire are encouraged but not required. All other events: Dressy casual Show
Will mask be required at the event? No. However, we do ask that if you are exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms that you do not attend the event unless you have a negative covid test. We will not require proof of a negative test.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event? You may park anywhere in the parking lot at the Doubletree.
Should I bring anything to the event? We recommend a light jacket or wrap as the ballroom can get chilly during the show portion of our event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You may download the Eventbrite app with your tickets on it or you may bring printed tickets.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, but each guest must have a ticket to scan. In this case, giving a printed ticket to your guest may work best.
