About this Event
Join us for our annual Female Fitness Challenge hosted by Sac PD.
Whether you're an athlete, first-time participant, considering law enforcement or just looking to challenge yourself in a fun and supportive environment, this is your day!
This year's challenge will be the entry level Physical Ability Test aka "Work Sample Test Battery".
The challenge will include:
- 6 Foot Solid/Chain Link wall
- 99 Yard Obstacle Course/Agility Run
- 165lb Body Drag
- 500 Yard Run
The challenges are timed.
