About this Event

Experience the transformation of Downtown Dayton at the 2025 Downtown Development Tour, hosted by the Downtown Dayton Partnership.

This year's tour features five key buildings—Centre City, Dayton Convention Center, The Delco, The Deneau, and Third National Bank Building at 34 North Main—that highlight our city's remarkable innovation and resilience.

The day begins at the newly transformed Dayton Convention Center with lunch and a keynote talk from Laserre Bradley III, president of development at Model Group. As the developer leading Centre City redevelopment, he will provide an exclusive look into how this project will accelerate the revitalization of Main Street.

Following the talk, we will travel by RTA Bus to tour The Deneau and The Delco, two successful adaptive reuse, mixed-use projects. We'll also get a special sneak peek at the historic Third National Bank Building at 34 North Main, one of downtown's most promising development opportunities.

The afternoon will wrap up with a happy hour at Pins Mechanical, Downtown's newest entertainment venue.

Shuttles will return attendees to the OD Garage on a loop between 4 and 5:45 p.m.
