Join us at The Davidson restaurant on Thursday 4 December 2025 at 6:00 PM to celebrate the upcoming qualification of the 'Certificate IV Kitchen Management' and 'Diploma of Hospitality Management' students.
Be amazed as the Cert IV students showcase their student-designed 3-course grazing menu, featuring three waves of meticulously crafted dishes they have trialled, tested, prepared and cooked for the evening. Featuring a range of different ingredients, including our local Industry partner Jade Tiger Abalone’s product being showcased on the menu for the evening.
Meanwhile, the Diploma students will ensure all your service and drink needs are taken care of throughout the evening with a welcome drink on arrival, and showcasing the skills and knowledge they have been perfecting over their Gordon journey.
Tickets are $49 per adult and $25 per child for the delicious 3-course grazing menu, with drinks available at bar prices.
