The Dahlia Festival is Free and open to the public. We encourage all dahlia lovers to show off their lovely blooms. Please see our website www.michigandahlias.org for details on the 2025 show booklet for categories details. There will be single bloom, triple bloom, seedling, arrangement and photo competitions. Back by popular demand some People's Choice Voting in additions to our experienced panel of judging.
Come enjoy beautiful and unique dahlias and dahlia displays. There will be beautiful selfie/group photo stations for you to enjoy. Food truck NEW THIS YEAR! Visit several down to town stores to buy yourself some lovely dahlias as well.
Registration and bloom staging can be done on Friday and/or Saturday during the times shown below.

Friday, September 12th
Chelsea Depot Set-Up: 2pm
Staging Blooms: 4pm – 10pm
Saturday, September 13th
Staging Blooms: 6am-10am
Table Organization: 10am – 11am
Judges Meeting: 10:30am
Judging: 11am-1pm
Open to the Public: 1pm – 8pm
Club Bloom Sale 2-5 pm (or while supplies last)
Sunday, September 14th
Open to the Public: 10am – 3pm
Flower Give Away: 3pm (bring your own buckets/vases)
Clean-Up: 3pm -
