Info for 2025 - Line up begins at 6:05 p.m. on Cameron Street we are UNIT 29 and our staging location is "by city hall". Units must report to assigned positions no later than 6:30 p.m. or may forfeit their spot in the parade if we are not fully lined up. Please note this year the instruction is to exit the parade via Kent Street - SEE MAP UNDER PHOTOSIf the parade is canceled, it will not be rescheduled. A determination will be made by 5:00 p.m. on parade day.
All participants consent to the usage of their name, image, and likeness by the City of Winchester.
Parade officials reserve the right to remove entries from the parade lineup and will disqualify entries from future parades for any of the following:
Throwing candy to the public
Use of sirens/air horns
Intentional slowing and/or stopping for any reason other than safety
Unsafe or inappropriate behavior, driving, weaving vehicles during the parade, or for use of inappropriate or potentially disruptive signage and/or language
Unplanned music
Disrespecting and/or not following direction of parade officials and/or law enforcement
Entering the parade with more than what is outlined in your application without prior approval
Lack of holiday theme
