Join us to celebrate the Cincinnati Annual Moon Festival, one of the largest celebrations of Asian cultures. Visitors will have a rare opportunity to watch a dazzling performance of “Face Changing” by Master Sen Gao, a Martial Arts champion. A classic act in Sichuan Opera, performers wearing colorful masks that depict historical characters, magically change from one face to another almost instantaneously with the swipe of a fan, a movement of the head, or wave of the hand. This year's program is also enhanced by a free tea tasting experience featuring Chinese, Indian and Japanese tea cultures. Tea masters from the three Asian cultures, each with a very long and rich tea history, will present traditional tea ceremonies and share a variety of teas that were shipped directly from Asia. As a tradition, this popular Asian festival features a variety of family friendly activities, food, cultural displays and performances from multiple Asian cultures. Visitors can expect a cultural immersion experience.
