Join Capital Region CrossFitters for a jam packed day of friendly competition to crown the fittest team in the area! We’ll have MMFF teams of 4 in Scaled, Intermediate, Masters* and Rx divisions.*For the Master's Division: minimum age 35 for each athlete -AND- team's average age must be 40+. For example, a team whose athlete ages were 35, 35, 45, and 45 would meet both criteria. A minimum of four Master's teams is required to hold this division.
