Welcome new Lake County teachers!
New teacher training is provided through the PIP/STSP Support Program: a partnership between the Lake County Office of Education (LCOE) and the school districts in Lake County.
This meeting is hosted by LCOE's Learning Support Specialists.
Topics covered:
- New Teacher Seminar #4 is a celebration of the school year! Teachers will reflect on four pillars of teaching, engage in meaningful educational activites and games, chat one-on-one or in small group to address what is on your mind about teaching or credentialing, student behaviors, special education needs and see a Planetarium show. The format will be rotational stations set up to visit in the order you wish.

- May 6th, 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Location: Taylor Observatory, Planetarium, & STEAM Center
This training is required for all PIP/STSP teachers in Lake County, per the Commission on Teacher Credentialing support requirements.
At the end of the seminar, a raffle for useful educational supplies will take place!
